I found the website to be convenient and easy to navigate. Inputting my history was a pain, but understandably neccessary. My wait time for the physician was less than 15 minutes, but more than the originally estimated time of 8 minutes. Again, completely understandable since my physician was very thorough and asked good questions about my history that I may have not thought was pertinent and forgot to disclose. So, I understand wait times are just estimates and I'm glad I didn't feel rushed when my turn came. Overall, very pleased with the assessment and outcome. Will definitely use again and won't wait as long to make the call!
