Every time I have contacted mdlive, I have always been pleased that it's so easy to set an appointment. Shortly after...I am contacted by a Dr. The Dr's I have dealt with are so caring, empathetic, professional and very knowledgeable!!!. I absolutely love this service!!!

I love the counselor I choose. The website worked fine the first two times we met but the third time it would not connect. Your IT area indicated it was because I was on an iPad. Well I was on an iPad the first two times and it worked just fine.

My consultation was very, very informative. The doctor was fantastic. She listened proactively and explained options and various approaches to treatment and most helpful was her explanation of "how" and "why" at every point in the consultation. I'm definitely a "how" "what" "when" and "why" type of personality and this consultation was actually more beneficial than some in-office doctor visits I've had over the years. I recommend MD Live to anyone who has any doubts or reticence about whether or not they think it's impossible to have an effective tele-consultation. Not to mention the convenience and big time saver using this service.

Quick call back from the Doctor. I had a UTI and Dr. after asking multiple questions, he diagnosed the condition and called in antibiotic. Start to finish, the process took 2 hours from my call in to picking up the prescription. I was able to make the call from work. So effective and convenient.
