I was on vacation in a very remote location. It's a great place to go unless you are in need of something (like a doctor). I'm very thankful that I came across MDLIVE. I uploaded a couple of pictures and put in for a return call. Dr. Patel called me back in less than 10 minutes. Very simple and was back to enjoying my vacation. Thanks again

I called into MDLive and answered a few registration questions about my health and medications. I was instructed to upload a picture of my medical issue and then was told a doctor would call me in about 10 minutes. A doctor did call me, within about 10 minutes, she asked me a few questions and then said that she would send a prescription to my pharmacy. The whole process took less than an hour from the time I made the call into MDLive until I picked up my prescription! MDLive saved me time and money and I will definitely be using this benefit again in the future.
