SUPER excellent support. Almost immediate response times. Very attentive to customers needs, even when the support needed wanders outside the lines of hosting responsibilities. Even for lower tier customers like me. Small close-knit company based in the US, with support coming from the US. Oftentimes the owner/president/CEO, Michael Denney himself, responds to support questions. Don't let the size of the company fool you though, though small, they are extremely expert and professional, yet are able to offer the connected interaction that only a small company can offer. Used for many years (7 or more) with only one incident of interruption, which MDD Hosting was right on top of. At the risk of sounding like I'm over-the-top gushing, MDD is at the top of the list of the top 5 companies of ANY kind that I have dealt with in the last 2 decades, based on customer experience. That's just how it is.
