Great service and response when an incorrect SD card was initially delivered. Issue was dealt with immediately.

I contacted customer service and they were great! I gave them my car info, they told me what to get and even how to install. Fabulous!

It was easy to order what I needed and they let me know it was the right one for my car I'm just still waiting for it to be delivered

I originally ordered the wrong card, got a quick response, and the "correct" one was shipped. It did not work either. I followed the directions, ignition off, card unlocked, insert card, start car. Nothing. So I went to the dealership, shelled out the $400, put the card they sold me in and it worked great. I feel like I paid a $90 fool's tax.

First card was defective, however after contacting MazNavStore a new card was sent promptly and works as it should.

Plug it in and, presto whammo, I have navigation. Good deal.
