I went online and ordered from the company . I ordered the wrong part. I sent an email to Customer Service. Sam informed me the part I have is the wrong part. He sent me the correct part, after the receipt of the wrong part. I completed the installation and was fine. I could have given up. If it wasn’t for the direct assist I received. This is a huge company am assuming. They took time out to help me. I’m grateful. Thank you Sam for your help. I’m grateful. I payed way less than what the dealer was going to charge me .

When I purchased my 2021 Mazda CX 9, the Nav Card never did work properly. The dealership blew me off about it, BUT they'd sell me a new one for several hundred dollars! No thanks!! Finally, my patience wore out after two years of dealing with the wonky Nav Card, even though I had updated it via my desktop; I ordered a new one through the MazNavStore, at a fraction of the price that the dealership wanted. And it's absolutely PERFECT! Thanks to Sam at MazNavStore, any questions or concerns I had, he was always helpful and patient with me. Sincerely, Sharon

Simple website and easy to understand description

SD card works great in my 2022 CX-9. I especially like the extra features in the heads-up display. Getting the navigation SD card is worth the investment. Thanks MazNav for offering it as a much lower price.
