Copy poor quality Jellycats, asked for refund, no response as site been taken down, in the process of credit card charge back

Fraud - not a real company- did not receive any item or refund. Reported to bank.

Jellycat, Clearly fake, can't get hold of company, none of the email links work, none of the contact details are legit. Website now cannot be found.

Scam fake Jellycats received - small labels attached state SHANG not JELLY as they should. Tried to contact company a week ago no response - now trying to claim chargeback on my credit card. Beware so many fakes about now - have now reordered through official Jellycat site as items back in stock.

This company are selling fake Jellycats. They come from china and when you try and make a return, no one answers the email. Trying to get my money back through my bank. What a faff so close to Christmas. Weirdly they have no 1 or 2 star reviews on their website.

Fake items, almost laughable at what they sent instead of the jelly cat I ordered. Reported to my bank as fraud, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
