Fraud - not a real company- did not receive any item or refund. Reported to bank.

Jellycat, Clearly fake, can't get hold of company, none of the email links work, none of the contact details are legit. Website now cannot be found.

Scam fake Jellycats received - small labels attached state SHANG not JELLY as they should. Tried to contact company a week ago no response - now trying to claim chargeback on my credit card. Beware so many fakes about now - have now reordered through official Jellycat site as items back in stock.

Like a similar recent review, thought I’d been scammed but what looks and feels like a genuine jellycat arrived! With a free small jellycat penguin. I’ve even compared labels to other known genuine JCs and match. I’m happy and no complaints.

I have been reading all of these reviews and am happy to say that I received my Leola bear Jellycat today and it is perfect in every way, maybe a little expensive but my granddaughter will live her, and not forgetting my little penguin free gift that s also perfect, thank you very much xx
