I friendly respond to questions about servers (Free, SMTP2GO, Authsmtp, etc) when you should ask them directly. You also had an issue with SPF at free, again, I gave you some information but it would be better to ask the server directly. I give support of Maxprog products like MaxBulk Mailer. I can't give support for all those services because I have absolutely no relations with them. I am just trying to help. The best for us would be not to respond when the question is not about any of our products.

Sorry, what has stopped working? What is your support ticket number? If you don't have a ticket number open it here: https://helpdesk.maxprog.com Note that some servers like iCloud and Gmail has started to use App passwords. Just create one and use it with MaxBulk Mailer.
