No real answer and a rather impolite response to rating. I have now increased the rating to 3 stars, just as a goodwill gesture.

Sorry, no real answer of wich question. Can you give me the support ticket number?
Problem with freezing program after some time not solved by support! My message on site regarding this deleted! It's not proffessional to ignore and delete messages to solve problem. This product cost money. I am not happy that I payed for it.

Stable and robust cash management tool. I am using iCash for several years without any problem. BUT no innovation since I use it and no new functionality. Limited export capability (ie to supplement missing functionalities in Excel or PowerBi).

The tool is great and we have been using it for a few years now. I found a few shortcoming that I have not been able to solve: 1. When saving the presets in importing list from a remote database, the names given to each preset gets duplicated and mixed. This has been a source of great difficulties for the operators 2. the stying of the text of the message is limited. We use styled text. I cannot indent paragraphs. 3. I recently paid for the annual support. Since then, my importing from remote database stopped working! Its strange; but it is true! my desktop works fine; my laptop doesn't work.

Le logiciel évolue peu au cours des deux dernièrees années; la gestion de portefeuille Titres n'existe pas.

Según yo envié mi pago en tiempo y forma para obtener el descuento mencionado del 50% y solo aplicaron el 15%, les escribí y respondieron que la oferta acababa a las 6 de la tarde, Re envié su anuncio de la oferta donde no especificaba este horario.

Efectivamente, siento el problema. La oferta duro72 horas como ponia el anuncio desde el momento que se inicio que fue un viernes a mediodia. ¡Saludos!
UI is the the most weak side of the app and should be heavily improved, especially the transactions area (view, edit and insert, merging and spliting) as it is the budget area. Since the ui is a very important side, I would give 2 stars, but I like its way to organise the balance and the profits and loss so I give 3 stars.
