While the artistic proof design and consultation experience was excellent the finished product did not meet approved concepts and expectations. I suspect this is an issue with the fabricator but nonetheless I’m left with a product I’m not happy with.

Great quality, customized experience.

The product was perfect. Exactly what I was expecting. I don't remember how long it took to ship once design and selection for my enamel pins were finalized. Very pleased with this company, their customer service and timely communication.
