Hello KO, We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. At Max Cash®, our mission is to connect consumers with loans that best suit their financial needs, especially during challenging times. It's important to clarify that Max Cash® does not evaluate potential lender’s applications—this is a process carried out by lenders within our partner network. We acknowledge that the situation you've described is frustrating. The initial pre-approval process is meant to begin the conversation with lenders, not to guarantee funding, as final approval depends on the discretion of the lender. The lender’s requirement for bank statements and additional information is a regulatory measure, ensuring that loans are responsibly allocated based on the borrower's ability to repay. Regarding employment, it's true that some lenders do not require traditional employment and may be able to accept proof of non-traditional sources of income, but they will still need to verify that loan repayment is feasible for the consumer through proper documentation. We regret any inconvenience this has caused you and want to assure you that the requirements are in place to protect consumers. Although we are not a lender, we strive to work closely with the lenders in our network to make the process as smooth as possible for consumers. Should you wish to discuss your experience further or need assistance exploring other financial products, please feel free to reach out to us directly at (833) 207-9052. Sincerely, The Max Cash® Compliance Team

Hi Andrew, We're genuinely sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced recently, especially as a single father navigating difficult times. It's disheartening to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the valuation of your Chevy Silverado RST. It's important to note that the assessment of the vehicle's value and the decision on the loan amount are conducted by the lender. Lenders use various factors to determine the value of the vehicle and the amount they are willing to lend, including the borrower's repayment ability. While some lenders may not require the consumer to have traditional employment and accept forms of alternative income, they do need to verify that the consumer has a reliable source of income to ensure their ability to reasonably handle the repayment process. Please understand that the final approval and funding decisions rest with the lender, not with us. Our role is to facilitate connections between consumers and potential lenders based on the information provided. We truly regret any inconvenience and frustration this situation may have caused you. Your feedback is invaluable, and we're here to assist you further in exploring different financial products. Sincerely, The Max Cash® Compliance Team

Hi Helen, We are truly sorry to learn about the communication issues you've encountered. Please allow us to assure you, Max Cash® is a reputable business accredited by the Better Business Bureau. We uphold the highest ethical standards and safeguard all personal information shared with us during the loan application process. As a financial broker, we do not have the authority to place liens on titles, nor would we engage in such practices without proper legal procedures. The initial pre-approval is designed to start the dialogue with potential lenders and does not guarantee funding; the final approval is contingent upon a comprehensive review by the lender. We regret any misunderstanding this may have caused. Your difficulty in reaching us is concerning and far from the standard of service, we strive to provide. We are actively investigating to identify and rectify the source of this breakdown, whether it occurred with our loan agents or during the final stages of approval with the lender. We are committed to ensuring such an oversight does not recur and appreciate your feedback as it aids in enhancing our service. Should you have any further inquiries or wish to discuss your inquiry in detail, please do not hesitate to contact us at (833) 207-9052. At Max Cash®, our foremost commitment is to our consumers, and we are here to support you. Sincerely, The Max Cash® Compliance Team
