Hello Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. Please note that this reward and referral program is being managed by a third party company which we have no control over. The third party company, Yotpo, realized that the order of the friend you referred is considered as invalid for you to receive the extra discount of $25.00. We cannot give specifics since this data is confidential and only Yotpo could use this data to discard invalid orders in regards to the referral program.
