Hello, Thank you for your feedback. In regards to your claim, please be aware that we have tried everything in our power to make things right for you. We do accept our mistake by not gift wrapping one of your items and it so happens that this item was slightly damaged during transit. We received your picture of one of the corners of the packaging of the hand cream being bent, which is to be expected sometimes. Our first offer was for $12.00 as store credit, which you refused. Later on, another agent offered you $35.00 as store credit, which you still refused. Lastly, we offered an exchange and provided you with a return label and your response was "I don't want anything. you have bad service". Please be advised that this product alone on retail price is $98.00 and you used a coupon code which generated a 30% discount plus you received a free bundle (worth $120.00). All in all you paid $68.6 for this hand cream and our best offer was to give you $35.00 OR an exchange. Since you refused to our offers, we could not move forward to try to solve this issue. However, if you are still willing to work with us, we can still replace this hand cream if it has not been used. Please send us a new email to [email protected] if you have further questions.
