Delivery went wrong
Completely happy with loading group. Wrapped and protected furniture and everything handled with care. Friendly and professional movers. HOWEVER, on the delivery they had to transfer to a smaller truck and the company they hired left in the middle of the move with our belongings in the front yard. The next day they sent only one guy to finish moving our things inside so my husband had to help him for 3 hours. They were very apologetic but did absolutely nothing to make the situation right. That is terrible customer service. We did not receive the service we paid for.
