Quick delivery, packaged well. Easy company to purchase from and very pleased with the item bought.

Bought one of these mats to place on a carpet. It repeatedly moves contrary to what is claimed in the advert and on the website blurb. Complained to customer services who said the carpet measurement i.e. the thickness should include the underlay. NOTHING at all said like this prior to purchase. They also mention that moisture can build up between the mat and the carpet again Not mentioned prior to buying It constantly moves and is a real pain. The company say they know the mat moves on some carpets and understand it is frustrating. NOTHING mentioned prior to sale. This product does not work and yet is knowingly sold by them claiming it does???? Disgraceful underhand sales tactics

It does what it says on the can. Early days.

Bought the mat to go under office chair as previous cheaper one from different company cracked and was unusable almost immediately. So far this one seems much better but time will tell. Delivery was very quick but only gave 4 stars as wasn't packaged very well. Update ( Feb 2023) still fine and not cracked at all. Very pleased

Your mats are of great quality and price. You offer smaller sizes which for a home office is much appreciated.

Because of an incorrect sku, I was sent the wrong size mat. I immediately contacted the company and they quickly replaced it with the correct item and allowed me to keep the smaller mat as well. They were very friendly and helpful and I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to my friends.
