Matrix made promises they did not keep
Matrix made promises they did not keep. They were a bit disorganized and confused at times as to the goals for my account. It took nearly 3 times as long as estimated and they were only able to get half the funding they promised. They kept asking for more money even though they did not come close to meeting their obligations and goals. My credit rating is now 100 points down (800+ now 720) and I am strapped with multiple credit card accounts I did not want. Be careful with these folks if you want to keep your credit rating decent.

Tim, to keep things straight in this account, it is important to note the following. You requested a $50k guarantee on funding within 3 weeks. Your travels made you unavailable to work with us for 1 week of that allotted time period. You were unwilling and uncooperative in taking the necessary steps for optimization, which also paused our ability to responsibly fund. (regarding entity status/changes/funding entity) That said, we did continue to work with you in securing your guaranteed fund allocation without collecting the 2nd half of the payment you agreed to. You netted $62,000 in total business funding in working together. You pushed to further fund with us, at which point we requested the second half of the agreed payment, which you were unwilling to give. We even came up with a lowered price to finish your desired service, in lieu of us not meeting your 3-week initial time period. You agreed to this and then did not follow through with that action. And then you ghosted us. Months after our working relationship ended, you personally told me via phone call that you opened 2 new personal credit cards and maxed out their respective limits. On our phone call, you acknowledged that your score did not drop 100 points during our working process and that this new personal credit engagement did in fact, drop your personal score 100 points. - Evan (underwriter for Tim)
