Terrible experience, stay away from this company! They misrepresent their services. They have the audacity to cancel the services and not refund it

This is "Alev" the person that had left us the one star review in the past. Alev, we never canceled the services... You terminated our agreement by initiating a chargeback - after you were funded $75,000 at 0%. You then realized that you weren't going to win the chargeback because we had every single interaction documented as evidence to how you've "ate the meal and tried to leave". Regardless, as I responded in your demand letter, if you would like to continue and secure the rest of the funding you signed up for you can always reach back out to us. Update (11/7/2025) Our company takes transparency and service delivery very seriously. This matter was independently reviewed through a formal American Arbitration Association proceeding (Case No. 01-25-0002-5620), where the Arbitrator issued a final award in favor of LeapOF LLC, confirming that all contracted services were fully performed and ordering reimbursement of $1,000 in costs to our company for participating in the hearing.
