Your shirts are tooo thin

Color does not match completely. It’s baby blue in the shirt and not aqua blue

I ordered a sweatshirt and socks on December 4th and my order just came in today, February 7th. Between the Holidays and V-day next week, I honestly forgot I even ordered from them. After reading the other reviews today, I’m almost scared to wash either of them. I hope things get better for this company because I love their concepts and fashion sense….but for right now…THIS AINT IT!!

I bought a shirt from matchkicks and after only 2 or 3 washes the design is completely ruined. I contacted them and they won't replace it because it's after their 14-30 day return policy. Obviously their quality isn't good if it peels of so fast. Won't be buying from them again.

Hey Jamie Scheetz it should definitely last longer than that perhaps it was a bad print could you email us at [email protected] the shirt and we will replace it for you and keep in touch after you get in and it wash the new print a few times to see if it does it again because we do hold our print team accountable please send a picture of the current shirt that is ruined thanks MatchKicks
I like the companies apparels and i have even ordered from them a few times, however one time I ordered from them and they sent me the wrong size. When I requested a refund I expected the amount I paid for the item plus the shipping I spent, but they only refunded me for the item and not the shipping I spent on an item I didn’t even order. It was their fault they sent me the wrong item so l also should have been refunded for the shipping for an item I didn’t order. Why should a customer pay for shipping for an item they didn’t order, that’s just poor customer service on their part and makes no sense to me. It not about how much either it’s just the principle.
