The cellphone holder is not what I expected. I have tried to get a refund but have not been able to yet. I keep guessing if I ever will get this refund. They keep telling me they will get back to me with a resolution. I am begging to believe I will have to just write it off because of a bad decision to purchase this product. Thanks

The larger screen is chipped at the bottom! The cleaning kit was also low quality.

Dear Ali, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. This is definitely not the quality we aim to deliver. A chipped screen protector and a low-quality cleaning kit are not acceptable, and we completely understand your frustration. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with a few photos of the issue. We will take full responsibility and make this right for you whether that means sending a replacement or offering a suitable solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to resolve this. Best regards,
