Too difficult to return!

Dear Gail, Thank you for your review. As discussed by email, we never said we don’t accept returns returns are accepted under specific conditions outlined in our policy. In your case, we offered a partial refund as an alternative, and this was accepted and processed. Thank you.
The product I ordered was a phone mount for a Nissan. It was not as shown as in the pictures online, the quality was very poor for the price they were asking and in addition to that the product was shipped from China and took quite a while to arrive. I reached out to them with my complaint since it absolutely didn’t meet my expectations and they were just gaining time and never came up with a solution to solve the problem. I would never order from them again
