I only purchased a hundred dollar pillow and it worked out great. But during the same visit my daughter purchased a mattress and box springs. Unfortunately they took the mattress from the floor sample and backed it up and send it home with us. We were not aware they were going to do that. When we got home the mattress was in very poor condition. We went back to the store to speak with the sales person and they were very helpful. They made the situation right and did so in a very friendly and amicable manner. We were very happy with the professionalism and problem-solving that occurred. We weren't even upset about the issue due to the sales person's response. Good job!
