Marin BikesReviews of marinbikes.com

Great support for an "older" model that just needed a proprietary derailleur hanger. I would have much preferred a shipping option that wasn't a $15 premium via FedEx... Ground for $5? It's a 2oz derailleur hanger, throw it in an envelope. get creative.

Don't order the tracker signs. They look good but they are easily damaged. Mine came with two dents.

The customer service rep I contacted, Cindy Lacotta, insulted me. Text quoted below. Gravy, the rep she passed me off to, was helpful. Hey Gravy, This is an ExpertVoice order, and I suspect the guy isn’t really an “expert”. *eyeroll* Can you reach out to him and help him out? Thanks, c.

One bike arrived fine & is great! A second shipment/bike was damaged, missing parts & probably needs to be replaced...

Steven Gravenites gave me incorrect information after I specifically reached out to avoid the situation that I ended up in. I explained the part I needed, the bike in question (including a picture for reference) and I ended up ordering the wrong parts based on his feedback. I managed to get in contact with Erich Beideman via your phone system and he actually listened and found the right part that I needed. Erich deserves praise here, but prior to him, things were pretty dismal.

I still haven't heard about my part being shipped four weeks after the order. There has been no reason given for any delay. I received an email on january 7 that i would be notified when my order had been picked, packed, and shipped.

A few things to mention here… 1. There is no way to contact customer service via phone. 2. I sent an email requesting an update on my order and no one ever replied. 3. My bike did not arrive in the type of box that was mentioned in Marin’s YouTube channel, and the bike had chipped paint on the carbon fiber frame. For a bike this expensive, I expected a better interaction with the company and a better product.

First off, why do you have at least 40 different dropouts? And Secondly, why is the cost to ship a small lightweight part to my door nearly as much as the part? Rediculous.
