Marín does not honor their warrantees. 2021 Larkspur frame cracked under light commuter riding conditions in 2024. I spent 2 years trying to get warrantee repair or service but and they delayed and finally refused the warrantee in 2026 because the bike shop I purchased it through was out of business. Marin is a dishonest company with shoddy quality and horrible service. I've contacted them through website repeatedly without replies or return messages. Do NOT buy a from this dishonest company!

It was a perfect fit

BikesOnlie.com.au don't stock basic wear parts. Marin USA don't respond to emails outside of the USA for parts requests, so all in all a very disappointing experience with what I thought was a reputable brand. And its not just me...this is the general consensus from a lot of Marin owners in OZ. You cant sell a product if you can't support that product after market. Very disappointing experience and i likely wouldn't buy another Marin based on this, unless something big changes

I got what I paid for.

Easy process and high quality parts

Bought a Kentfield 2. I have had nothing but problems with the microshift shifter and the tektro brakes. The shifter constantly needs tuning or it gets super clunky and misses/skips shifts. The brakes have been extremely weak and squeaking ever since I got it even after 2 trips to the bike shop. I'm going to have to replace the pads after barley any use. I have had many bikes with Shimano components and they just worked and rim brakes with more power than these discs. This bike has been a constant pain in the ass. I regret buying it.

Very disappointed. I ordered what I thought from the image on the Marin website was a charcoal grey, round neck, short sleeve t-shirt with the Marin logo on the chest. Imagine my surprise when I received a long sleeve, round neck, technicolor jersey. I have subsequently been back on the Marin website, where I found for the picture of the t-shirt that I thought I’d ordered, the description doesn’t match. The description is for the jersey I was sent! ‘WTF’ Marin, get your website sorted out! They got the size right, so I guess that’s some consolation.
