The Brasilian slate tiles I ordered were beyond expectation. The shipment from California to North Carolina arrived with not one tile chipped, cracked or broken. Also the owner took the time to double check the order and send me some photos to make sure they were the same I received in my samples I ordered earlier. The guaging was remarkable. And the cost was half what I would have paid if I bought locally. Everyone I spoke with was very courteous, thorough and efficient.
