Too many outages & automations just stop working randomly. They also have no way of backing up contacts information other than their ID # & they need an analytics tracking dashboard

Manychat makes my experience in Instagram so much easier, it saves me time and lets me serve people quickly. I love it!

The site is easy to use once I learned the ins and outs from your video tutorials and YouTube. Works reliably and delivers more engagement from me without me having to be tied to my phone. It would be great if the app functioned the same way. Some key features I'd love is the ability to convert flows in the app and to view automations by keywords, etc. like I can on the web-based version.
