What a disappointment vizio proved to be. We signed up for the online make up course. The first make up set was sent to the wrong address due to a mix up with address labels. The second kit was not received, apparently customs didn't recognise the address even though we could prove it with voting cards, mortgage letters and utility bills. The 3rd kit was not received, no explanation given, just not received, returned to sender. I asked for my money back and was told it wasn't company policy then after that all emails, WhatsApp, messages and Facebook messages were ignored. So im out of pocket and can get no communication from Vizio.
