great product. looks great.

The customer service is FANTASTIC!!! I ordered the wrong type of register believing I’d ordered one for a return vent. I thought the front would easily pop off to change the filter. What arrived was a beautiful register cover that screwed into the wall. I emailed to ask about the other parts only to be told I ordered the wrong vent cover. I thought I was stuck with it but they offered to take it back and make the same one in the style I thought I’d ordered. I returned the vent and emailed the tracking number so they knew it was on the way. They received it a day early and contacted me to make payment for difference of the cost of the vent cover. They also gave me 10% off! I’m the one that messed up! I’m super happy that I’ll get what I wanted and that worked with me to make it happen. The website should be a little more clear about what consumers are ordering. I found them googling what I wanted then I went back to their site and thought I’d found what I googled. As a non-contractor making this purchase, it gets confusing looking at the different options and you can end up ordering the wrong thing. Or maybe I’m the only idiot that can’t figure out the site. Anyway, great company to work with it! Can’t wait to get my decorative return air register in and on the wall!!

quick reliable and affordable

My order was delivered in record time! The product is even better than I expected. Very substantial and sturdy, and looks gorgeous when painted. Couldn't be happier.

Absolutely love my new vent cover! It came quickly, was very, very easy to install and fits perfectly. It looks like a piece of art. I can't imagine ever having a home again without one of these vent covers. Couldn't be any better.

Love the product but my husband wouldn’t let me use them where we have directional vents. The ones I did use are beautiful and I’m still getting more.

Absolutely love them. They make such a difference in dressing up the place. We did a full renovation and they are one of my favorite additions
