The vent cover I ordered would not work for my home. Customer service was very quick to reach out, and offer a refund. While the product wasn't for me, their customer service is certainly admirable.

The order took a little longer than anticipated. I did not hear anything from them and had to follow up but got a reply with an apology saying their system had been down. I was very pleased with the covers when they arrived. They fit just as described and painted up nicely. I’ve already had several compliments on them asking where I got them.

It's a great product. Fits well into our existing duct work. I would recommend to anyone to purchase.

Everyone was very accommodating and the service was excellent. We experienced a problem when we installed the cover as the edges of the frame split apart at the seams.

Product was just as described. It said paint ready. It took 2 coats to look finished. All measurements were accurate.

Vent fit very well . It's a plastic feel .. but serves its purpose . Ordered it unpainted because couldn't return if was sent painted. You'd think basic white wouldn't be a big deal ... But I had to paint it because it was a tanish color . Otherwise it was a good purchase , not flimsy or cheaply made .., good quality ..
