The Maglocks team was helpful and I received my order quickly. When we have had technical questions they were there to help.

It's always quick to order..but they are so. So. Expensive. I get needing to make a profit, but this is gouging.

Good product. Arrived promptly. Instructions were ok - good for installation but weak on wiring explanations, fortunately I had removed the old one and had some idea of what was required.

Been working with maglocks for a few years now, customer service and sales are excellent.

Decent quality components..

"Easy Install" is not easy I have to make a extra expense to hire someone to install the electric strick
