Only offer a 30 day return, regardless if its unused. This makes a new commercial build construction job very difficult unless the contractor places the order and can determine the exact day of install. $700 down the drain and they could care less that is still in the box unused.

Ouch! Please accept our appoligies. UPS tracking indicates your package was delivered on January 7, 2025. Again, sorry for any inconvience and let us know if you require any additional assistance.
Installation support was so minimal that the product could not be installed. And could not return. Very disappointed.

The name of the product is the opposite of the description. there kits are not complete and has very poor mounting instructions. They really need to describe the product much better. Very confusing and misleading.

Your tech support is lacking. You should be able to FaceTime with customers to help trouble shoot any problems and not be told that he can’t help

I still have no clue how to install went to 3 locksmiths they told me that i have the wrong plates and was missing some parts. please help.

Lock was shipped and did not work properly. Technical services stated that they did not know anything about the lock and connected me with tech services for the manufacture who was unable to get the lock to work consistently. I sent the lock back to maglock in accordance with their instructions and they confirmed receiving it. It has been several weeks and I have still not received a credit to my account and they have not returned my calls.

Carl, I reviewed the case and looks like we could have better communicated the process. Our mistake. On November 24, 2020 you ordered a special build cabinet lock with a three week lead-time from the manufacturer RCI. The lock was completed at the RCI factory and shipped on December 3, 2020. Your Paypal account was charged on December 3, 2020. You received the lock via UPS on December 7, 2020. Unfortunately, the lock did not operate correctly for you and the lock was returned to us for testing and evaluation. On December 14, 2020 we received the lock and our technical staff tested the functionality and it appeared to operate as manufactured. Our technical staff Chris reviewed the evaluation results with you on December 15, 2020. During the call, we agreed to return the lock to the manufacturer for their additional testing and evaluation. RCI received the lock on December 19, 2020. They completed their initial review on December 23, 2020 and indicated the lock was functioning as intended. Currently, we are awaiting the lock to be returned from the manufacturer. However, we understand the process has been long. As such, your PayPal account was credited for the entire purchase on December 31, 2020. Please accept our apology if our communication caused you frustration and concern. We will continue to work harder. Note: The lock was a non-refundable, special order from the manufacturer. This was indicated on the original invoice.
