We are sorry to read this review, but we need to clarify that the situation described here does not accurately reflect what happened. Our customer support team assisted you extensively and replied to your requests, while our team carried out the necessary checks on your account activity. During these exchanges, we explained clearly that Madai applies a zero-tolerance policy to duplicate accounts, VPN usage and other activity that may breach our platform rules or those of our survey partners. In your specific case, our checks identified multiple accounts associated with the same activity, and we have documented evidence supporting these findings. Despite this, your account has not been banned at this stage, as we have continued to review the situation and give you the opportunity to resolve it with our support team. Verification and reward-related checks may take additional time when this type of activity is detected. These controls exist to protect legitimate users, our partners and the integrity of the platform. Unfortunately, despite the explanations and support provided, you continued to dispute these checks and informed us that you would leave a negative review. We take this type of situation seriously. The relevant account activity and supporting information will therefore be shared, where appropriate, with our survey partners and PayPal for their own independent assessment. We value genuine feedback, including critical reviews. However, we will not bypass or compromise our compliance and anti-fraud controls in response to pressure or threats of a negative review.

Hi. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. We know that the survey industry, as it exists today, is deeply flawed, especially for users like you who participate in good faith. It's a system that too often exploits users' time, provides little transparency, and is driven by outdated logic and data-harvesting models. That’s exactly why Madai was created: to improve the survey experience and move away from outdated models that collect personal data indiscriminately and often disrespect user privacy. Right now, we’re integrated with providers that offer tens of thousands of surveys daily. Our technology selects less than 5% of them, aiming to filter out low-quality or problematic ones, like the one you unfortunately encountered. While we're not perfect yet, we're constantly improving, and we know this process will take time, trust, and collaboration from users like you. In the coming months, we’ll be introducing a survey scoring system, where users can help us evaluate survey quality and be rewarded for it. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via live chat. We’ll do our best to help you make the most of your Madai experience. On a separate note, we completely understand your disappointment. As you rightly pointed out, your 2-star review was aimed at the survey provider, not at Madai itself. Unfortunately, though, this rating directly impacts Madai, a platform that’s working in good faith to protect users and improve the system, not exploit them. We sincerely hope you’ll consider revising your review. Your voice matters and your support helps us grow stronger, and better.
