Was worried that item didn't ship due to missing tracking info but came unexpectedly quick so they did a good job.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is for the ease of online ordering and the fast shipping time. I paid through PayPal, which is set up with my billing at home in Louisiana and my shipping in Texas where I spend most of my time at work. I order things a lot through PayPal in this way. I received a call from an oriental woman that I could barely understand and she definitely wasn't understanding me. She was harassing me about my different addresses. I explained that I understood her concern, but PayPal autofilled the info. It's not like I filled in anything myself for it to be fraudulent. It took almost 1/2 hour to explain to her and I'm still not sure she understood when we hung up. Definitely gonna take my loss and deal with the product issues myself before even attempting to deal with customer service. The scanner I bought came with a CD that when installed in my computer, my whole computer started acting up. Took a few days to get it back right again. The mouse that I bought, I thought was the same as the one I used to have. This one actually bluetooths to the computer itself instead of a USB bluetooth. The mouse works when it wants. Mostly for less than 2 minutes. Not sure if its the mouse or from the scanner CD messing up the computer.

mini power cable to 9 pin vga did the trick......shipping was super fast too.

For some reason my credit card caused MacMall to call me for verification, while I appreciated them calling to make sure that my card was truly mine, it was not clear to why the information I provided was not adequate, and my order fulfillment was delayed. I have no idea of what the problem was, or what I need to do to make sure that I have the right information for credit card validation in the future, since I was not provided with this.

I have had a horrible experience with Macmall. They even bounced a refund check. They cashed my check and did ship the merchandise. I wrote directly to the, President, "Mr. Daniel J. DeVries", after being giving the run around by customer service. I was then contacted by a customer service rep, Leonard. Who offered a twenty dollar store credit. The merchandise was reordered, at a substantially higher price. Which negated the store credit. Then Macmall sent me a bad check (from their corporate account, "Bank America,160 Long Beach Blvd., Long Beach California". Which cost me an additional twenty dollars. I have been a computer tech for almost thirty years. I have not seen anything like this seen the early computer shows, in the eighties, I do not ever expect to get my money back. I have been billed twice for the same merchandise, and have a $20.00 debit on my bank account, from their bad check. Go to a reputable dealer to purchase computer hardware, not Macmall.
