I ordered a dress which was not as pictured. I did not even remove it from the plastic. I returned it within the 14 day return period and received a confirmation that it would be processed within 7 days. Over a month later I have not received my refund. There is no customer service number to call. Inquiry emails generate an automated response that had nit yielded a refund. I have never felt with worse customer service and will never order this brand ever again.

NEVER purchase from mcduggal. They will NOT allow returns and the fit is terrible. I am a model size and it is made soso and fits poorly - plus they will not allow returns over 14 days so at day 15 you get screwed even if over the holidays. will NEVER order again

Horrible customer service. Buyer be ware... I can honestly say there are many other companies to buy quality clothes from besides Mac Duggal.

MacDuggal return policy is VERY unfair… I returned a dress the next day after I Received it. They received it on 8 December. It is December 27,I still have not gotten my refund. I will end up paying interest on a product I do not have… I was purchasing another dress after my refund was received, but as of now, I will not purchase from this company again. Take note if there isn’t a phone number to call a company do not purchase. I have emailed them several times, they said I would have my refund by December 21but it didn’t happen still waiting. It now is December 27.I called my credit card company, and I will now have them looking into the matter…Very Unhappy Xcustomer

I ordered and received a Mac Duggal evening gown from their website one week prior to a huge Black Friday sale they offered. The dress I ordered went on sale for $120 less than what I paid. After contacting their customer service, I was refused a price adjustment even though all tags were intact and never had been worn! Unbelievable!!!

Poor quality, unfortunately. For £400 dress I expected more. It had the belt in, which was literally just cut at the back where the zip is, leaving metal wire sticking out. Dangerous and not nice. Too bad because design is very nice and the dress would be lovely if it was just made with more effort. Also sizing is unusual. I am normally size 10, but even 8 was too big.

The dresses are very pretty but the material is super cheap. After wearing the dress for 5 hours almost 90% of the beads had fallen off, there was three rips, and random threads hanging all over, not to mention it was uncomfortable. I found other versions of the same dress that were cheaper and overall better quality.

Beautiful design (appliqué dress), cheapest, most ordinary materials and very uncomfortable to wear and beads come loose after trying it on for 30 seconds. Too bad! I would have gladly payed a few hundred dollars more for better materials and workmanship.
