Order was filled quickly and the dress was beautiful. It didn’t fit me well, so was returned and the return process was very easy and the refund was processed within 2 weeks. I would order from company again.

I received my beautiful dress well but it was too difficult to close, After a nice conversation with the customer service, I did order a size up and it fits perfectly. The dress is really really beautiful. Thank you

I love that dress all of my friends I showed it to with the photo said it was awesome and the color was beautiful. The problem was the 12 was too big and the 10 was just right but both sizes had malfunction with the fabric with the zipper in the center of the back. It was as if there was a tennis ball making the fabric stick out with the zipper and it really looked bad. I believe there's just too much fabric or the Zipper was just too long for that dress I'm not sure but they're definitely was something malfunctioning with that zipper and the fabric in the back of the dress above the waistline but below the armpit area so it was like Midway on the back. It was just too much fabric it was very awkward the way it fit across the back. I am not sure of the date exactly I just know it was in August

The dress was beautiful and I was very pleased with its overall appearance. However, I would have appreciated a more refined and polished finish, as some of the detailing could have been better put together. I was also quite surprised to receive the dress in a plastic bag rather than in a garment bag, as I had expected more appropriate and secure packaging given the nature of the purchase.

Be very careful when you order from this company, recently returned two dresses in the same box as delivered . The company stated they have only received one dress.I have asked if the returned box was damaged, company could not clarify if this was the case , and have not gave any other explanation. £500 lost. Sky news have recently reported this as a scam.

Hi Seamus, We’re sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. We would, however, like to clarify what occurred with your return. Our returns process requires each item being sent back to be registered through our Returns Center so that it can be properly identified, tracked, and refunded. In this case, two dresses were placed in the same package without both items being processed according to those return instructions. When the package reached our facility, our team was only able to confirm receipt of one dress. We refunded the item we could verify as received and have reviewed the matter further with our warehouse team, but unfortunately we have not been able to locate or verify receipt of the second dress. We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but we are unable to issue a refund for merchandise we cannot confirm was returned to our facility. Mac Duggal Customer Care
