Lytx has met and also exceeded our expectation. The data we receive has changed our drivers behaviors and improved our overall safety program.

Hi Rick, Thank you for your feedback. It's great to hear how the Lytx program has changed driver behavior and your company's safety culture for the better. Lytx data is quite powerful and it's great to hear you are finding value in the program. Thank you for doing business with us!
I have used Lytx for over six years now with over 400 devices in service. Equipment quality is by far the best in the industry. Administrative support offered by Lytx should be a standard for the telematics industry. Julie Schwab our Senior Client Success Manager is outstanding. Her monthly check calls include all our safety personal and have proven very useful. John Tomasso Director of Compliance Intermodal Cartage Company

Our experience with Lytx has been a lifesaver. From the first time, we tested Lytx it has proven to be one of the best tools we've purchased for safety. I can't tell you how many times it has proved itself. We would have spent thousands of dollars in claims had it not been for the video. Our drivers are safer drivers because of Lytx. Their customer service is always there. Fast and Friendly Service.

Wheeere to start you might ask? Excellent question. I suppose it starts with a question for you, the reader. Are you the kind of person that loves intuitive…well anything? Great! Don’t get lytx. Are you a business owner who relies of the expedience of technical support when it matters most? I hear ya, I hear ya, me too! Don’t get lytx. A flagship product that’s reliable. Nope. I’m up to my eyeballs in CaseNumbers given to me for what I thought were simple problems that required yes or no answers. You get the feeling support is just itching to pass you off to someone else. Don’t get me wrong, no one has been rude, but no one has been knowledgable either. I feel as if they went knocking on people’s doors and asked, “What are you doing today? Nothing, great, here’s a headset.” I hear “we’ll contact you within 24-48hrs” in my sleep. The reliability of the cameras are questionable. I’ve had several hardware issues and other problems all within a year of installation. RUN. GET A GO PRO. FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING GREAT IN THIS WORLD I BEG OF YOU.

We are truly sorry for the experience you are having. Our Customer Support teams are experiencing increased volume resulting in higher-than-normal response times for emailed support cases. This is an unprecedented time for us as we usually respond to cases within 24 hours. Please know we are working around the clock to get back to normal service levels. Please call (866) 910-0403 so we can identify your case and work with you in person. Our Customer Support team is available 24/7 to help.
DO not waste your time. They continually change their pricing wont honor valid pricing structure. They are all talk no show. Sebastian especially.

Hi MK, I'm sorry to hear your frustration with our pricing structure. While we just ended limited time promotional pricing early this month we would like to discuss your options and learn more about your sales process experience. Please reach out to [email protected] with your contact information so we may have a leadership member give you a call. We hope to find a resolution for you shortly.
This is the worst vendor my company does business with...hands down. Unfortunately the first set of vehicles I purchased with my business already had their equipment installed, so I'm stuck unless I want to replace everything. And now I'm just about at that point. I've ordered 3 new units from this company since February. The first took just under 2 weeks to receive, the second over 2 weeks, and the third is approaching 4 weeks and I still don't have it. I cannot run a vehicle without a camera. Just for this last camera, approaching a month delivery time, this company has cost me $20,000. In addition, for the vehicles I purchased with existing units, it took this company over two weeks to transfer them from the prior owner to me. More lost revenue. I compare them with my ELD supplier. When I order an ELD, it shows up 2 days later, with all the necessary equipment for installation. When I've worked with other companies to transfer units, it happens the same day. Do not do business with this company, unless you enjoy adding up significant amounts of lost revenue they will cost you every time you need them. Period.
