Everyone I spoke to at Lyte was kind, courteous and respectful. They responded promptly and were very knowledgeable. I never felt uncomfortable contacting them if something was confusing or needed to verify anything. When requesting a refund, Marie was especially helpful. I had searched everywhere on how to processes this. Marie gave me the direct link and instructions. I processed my claim within minutes. Their refund policy was easy and very fair. Since it was my first time using them, I’m not sure if their policies were Covid related or their general policies. However from what I can tell, it’s their general policy. Which is amazing because you never have to be afraid of getting stuck with tickets. I am very impressed with Lyte. For a ticket company, their service was unparalleled. I would not hesitate to use them again.
