I attempted to sell back my tickets through the website and when that didn't seem to work (don't know why) I contacted the support team and they handled it efficiently and quickly! Very good experience! Especially as a new mom in a time of a pandemic. I felt it was hassle free and supportive of our circumstances.

Rachel promptly refunded our VIP BottleRock tickets when we explained that we had bought them to see Stevie Nicks. Lyte could have replied that festival performers are subject to change and that is the chance we took when we bought the tickets. But instead they were understanding and accommodated our request.

When I had confusion with the website, I was concerned that I wouldn’t get a response before tickets went on sale - and that I would have to attempt a second purchase. Easy to purchase online concert tickets and camping for an upcoming event, but even MORE importantly, Marie was gracious, accomodating, and super responsive to cancel and refund my entire purchase when my plans changed!! SO refreshing in this day and age of big business in the concert industry. Thank you, Lyte - I'll definitely do business with you again!
