100% the customer service was amazing. I asked a lot of very in-depth questions regarding a digital pet scale after doing quite a bit of research, and this company answered every single question, got back to me in a very Timely manner, and was quite patient. About 40 emails going back and forth, and they sent me pictures, calibrated, checks, and opened the package for the product, held it for me well answering my questions since I stated I would like to purchase it, everything. I would not have wanted to be on the other end of my emails! But my dogs mean a lot to me. Shipping is quite fast, and the product itself is amazing. I'm extremely happy with it. It was refurbished, and I couldn't even tell. It was half the price. Unfortunately, my budget was only $100 until I realized that I could not purchase many pet scales within that price range. My budget went up to $200, and while I didn't know refurbished products were an option, they let me know by sending me a link and it just so happens that the scale I wanted was half price. From $160 to $81 including free shipping. Couldn't be happier with the service. Their patience was appreciated greatly. I would recommend and shop with this company again should I need something like this again, no doubt. Their products are much more accurate than a lot of other companies I researched. Don't be fooled by the "accuracy" that most companies advertise for digital scales. That is a "readability" accuracy, and you have to ask.
