Hi Tabitha, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we always appreciate hearing from our customers, and your insights are valued. While we understand the product didn’t meet your expectations, we’d like to provide some clarification that may also be helpful to others. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. This is a standard practice across the personal care industry to ensure the health and safety of all customers. We offer a 14-day return policy for customers who choose not to use the product, as well as a 2-year warranty covering any functional issues. Our refund and warranty policies are clearly presented during checkout and are easily accessible on our website. We believe informed customers are the best customers—there’s nothing hidden in fine print, because transparency is part of our core values. In this particular case, although the situation fell outside of our return policy, we still issued a partial refund as a gesture of our commitment to customer satisfaction. We hope you see this as a sincere effort to provide a fair resolution to support you. We understand that learning to use a new product can come with questions, especially when expectations vary. Many of our customers have seen excellent results by consistently following the usage guidelines and exploring the resources we provide—such as instructional videos, filter guidance, and direct support from our customer service team. Thousands of users have successfully incorporated this product into their skincare routines. Of course, results can vary depending on usage habits, consistency, and individual skin types. We always encourage reaching out to our support team with any questions or concerns before drawing conclusions—we’re here to help and ensure you get the most from your experience. If there’s anything further we can assist you with, we’d be happy to help. — The Luxury Confidence Team 🚀

Hi Alexandra, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We value all feedback and are always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience. Our product pricing is listed in USD, as we serve customers worldwide from a centralized platform. We understand this may occasionally lead to confusion based on where an ad is viewed. We’re glad your order has been resolved and truly appreciate your communication throughout the process. Your feedback plays an important role in helping us improve. We’d love the opportunity to provide a better experience. As a gesture of appreciation, we’d be happy to offer you a [30% discount or complimentary item] on your next order, should you wish to try our products again in the future. Thank you once again for the opportunity to grow and serve you better. — The Luxury Confidence Team 🚀

Hi Camden, This is Aga, the Head of Customer Experience at Luxury Confidence. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I truly understand the frustration you’ve encountered regarding our warranty process and communication. It’s incredibly important to us that our customers feel supported and confident when seeking a replacement. To clarify, our warranty typically requires a short video demonstrating the issue to help our product team approve replacements efficiently. However, I recognize that your case involved prior approval and disposal of the device, which complicates the usual process. That said, we value your loyalty, especially as this was your first purchase with us, and part of a bundled deal. We want to make this right. If you could please reach out directly with your order details, I will personally review your case and offer either a replacement or a credit, whichever best supports you. You can contact me at [email protected] or call me directly at +1 (302) 803-5226, extension #004. I’m available from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. EST and am committed to ensuring a smooth and positive resolution for you. Thank you again for your patience and for allowing us to make this right. Your feedback is invaluable. Warm regards, Aga Head of Customer Experience 📞 +1 (302) 803-5226 ext. #004

Hi Laura, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We truly appreciate your kind words about the customer service representative who assisted you—they’ll be recognized for their excellent support. To clarify, our refund policy allows for the return of sealed items within 14 days of the delivery date if the product remains sealed or unopened. Like many personal-care brands, it's a standard practice for personal-care or hygiene-based products. Additionally, we offer a 2-year warranty on our devices—if your device stops working within that period, we’re happy to provide a free replacement. These details are clearly outlined on our website and during the checkout process. We value transparency and customer satisfaction, and your feedback helps us continue to improve. 😊 🙌 — The Luxury Confidence Team 🚀
