We're very sorry to hear about your experience and truly regret that the case did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t work as intended, especially with something as essential as charging. Some phone models can be sensitive to case thickness or material when it comes to wireless charging, but this shouldn't have happened. We’d love the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your order number so we can arrange a return or replacement for you. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help. Best regards, Karim

Your order has been updated and is still in transit. I truly apologize for the delay. Sometimes shipping can take longer than expected due to carrier issues. I appreciate your patience, and I’ll continue monitoring the tracking to ensure it gets delivered to you as soon as possible.
