THIS COMPANY PRODUCT HAS VERY POOR QUALITY ESPECIALLY HIGHLIGHTERS ,ITS ONLY WATER AND NOT THE COLOURS PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR PRODUCTS ,THANKS

I would give this company a ZERO. I ordered outdoor thermal cat house. The tracking showed it coming from China and it was taking forever to arrive. It showed that it was delivered Nov 24/24. I never received the package. I emailed the customer service and someone named "Yolo" has been giving me the run around. I have requested proof of the delivery, I asked them to confirm the date it was "delivered", and I requested the carrier who"delivered it". I haven't been provided any answers but I keep getting offers to a partial refund. After reading other reviews, you don't even get a refund after requesting one. I'm done and reporting to the Better Business Burea.

In early November I ordered a Clawsable outdoor cat house that never arrived. I was sent "tracking info" indicating it supposedly traveled all thru China before finally being supposedly shipped to me in the States. On November 27, 2024, I received a notification shortly after 12 noon saying my package was just delivered in my mailbox at 14:41:59 which was 2 hours past what the current time of day it was. Unless you're playing with Barbie sized toys, no cat house will fit in my mailbox. Our postal carrier brings larger packages to our house. When i contacted the company via email, it was responded to by "Mike." He said my package must've been stolen, offered me 30% credit, then 40% & now 50%. Despite asking several times, Mike will not answer my repeated questions about his company's name, address, phone number, or who he is besides "Mike." I've checked with my local post office & was told the tracking number is not legit, & confirmed something like that would not be put in or beside my mailbox. Also they've never heard of the packaging company that supposedly delivered the package. My bank account shows I was charged the expected total of around $40 but also a .40 cent tariff for transfer between London & China. Really! I am pursuing this obvious scam & write this review as a warning to prospective shoppers. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered an insulated cat tower November 7 and still haven’t received it.Order Number is M320241107012123942.My name is Kathy Saager .comWould really like to hear something about this!!

I order the Clawsable cat house. Never received it. I’m trying to get this resolved and they’re not responding. Unbelievable. Don’t order a thing from these scammers.

I ordered the Kitty's Christmas Wonderland on 11/13/24. On 11/29/24 I received an email that it was delivered. Unfortunately, it had not been delivered. I emailed customer service since I couldn't find a phone contact. After 9 days there was still no response. I emailed again. This time I got a response the next day saying, it was delivered to my house, it must of been stolen, not their fault, and here's a 30% off coupon. We were home all day on the supposed delivery date and there was no delivery. Company takes no responsibility. Do not waste your hard earned time or money on this company. SCAM, AVOID.

I ordered a cat shelter from this site and it was never delivered. They claim that it was however their "international tracking number" claims it was handed over to USPS. No verifiable tracking number or information was given beyond this. Their "customer service" will not provide any information that I have requested, refuse to send another item and offered a 60% refund to which has not yet been received and again will not provide any information showing a refund had been issued. This is clearly a fraudulent company and I am filing a report with my States Attorney General and other consumer agencies. It is time to close down these fraudulent Chinese scams and protect the American people! Update: I have seen online that Luxart states that there are fraudulent sites that are using their logo claiming to be them. This could be the case in this situation but I have reported this event on the Luxart site and I am waiting for a response. I want to be fair about this and not penalize a company that may have had their likeness stolen and used in a fraudulent manner. Regardless, I will still be reporting this to my State and federal officials.

Ordered two cat shelters on 11/10/2024 and according to thier logistics they said it was delivered 11/29/2024 but there was nothing there and still nothing on 12/07/2024. Went into USPS informed delivery service and there was no packages listed for my address at any time before or after 11/29/2024. This company is nothing but a scam!!
