Francesca is always nice and accommodating...the items that I got from her are all in great conditions which I really loved.

Francesca is like the best friend you’ve never met in real life! She is sweet and really wants to help us get the best deal on luxe items. Her items are always ready to use out of the box because she cleans and cares for every item. I call her the Celine queen because she finds me those rare vintage Celine items that I love! I’ve purchased many times with Fran and it won’t be the last time.

Francesca is amazing, so knowledgeable and beyond fair in pricing. She is honest, shows great pre-loved luxury items and everything I have purchased from her is as described. She’s the best and I am a fan. Great care in packaging and timely shipping.

Excellent condition of my item and shipping was very fast!

Made my first purchase with Francesca (Lusso & Lux) and absolutely satisfied! The pouch came in practically new condition as she described. Will absolutely purchase again!

I recently bought an amazing vintage LV Speedy 30 at an absolutely unbelievable price from Francesca along with a silver Tiffany necklace and a silver Gucci bracelet. Her swift communication and the ease of purchase are commendable. I highly recommend her, and I will certainly be purchasing from her again!
