I've gotten a number of purses and jewelry from Frankie and have yet to be disappointed. The photos she sends does not do the goodies justice; each one is more remarkable in person. She points out each callout, has quick shipping, answers all questions you ask relatively quickly, and will even send additional photos and videos if you ask. Even with her low prices, Frankie does her best to work with you to get the best deal possible, and her payment options are unmatched. She and Lusso and Lux are a bargain lovers dream, especially with how crazy high retail prices have gotten.

Lusso and Lux is a great company, I have bought many amazing pieces. Francesca is so easy to talk to and makes the buying experience simple. Looking forward to many more purchases for myself and gifts for friends! I can always find something on the lives or on her site!

Francesca is seriously the Best of the Best!!! Everything I have gotten from her has been in the best condition lightly used or I would say never used because every single item I get is like new! Like I’ve said before I will only be getting all my designer from Lussoandlux!

I bought these earrings for my birthday. When I received them I could not wear them because they fell right off my earlobes. I notified the seller the same day that I received them. She told me to take them to a jeweler to have them tightened. I took the to my local jeweler who said that he could not tighten them. He said I was sold a a pair of defective earrings because they could not be fixed and they were unwearable. I notified the seller again requesting a refund. I explained what the jeweler had told me . I asked for her to call him to confirm . She did not. I again requested a refund. This was my first purchase with this seller. The earrings were 449.00 not cheap. She told me to return them to her and provided the address. She said she would take a look at them and compare them to pictures she had. I paid additional money to send her the earrings. I sent her a message that I had sent them, no response. Then when she received them I sent her another message , no response. It appears that she blocked me. Now she has my money and the earrings. I contacted my credit card company. This is insane what kind of business is this. I want a refund.
