I had a great shopping experience. I ordered a Bottega Veneta bag on Saturday and received it direct from the merchant in Italy on Tuesday! Bag was brand new with tags at almost half the retail price. Would definitely buy from Luosophy again.

This company was good at communicating and shipping my order very quickly. They address my concerns after I received my purchase. I've bought from them 2-3x before and I would purchase from them again.

I bought a miu miu small wander matelassé suede bag and it was a smooth process starting from placing the order to receiving it. The shipping was fast, packaging was good and the bag is beautiful. My shopping experience was great and I'll definitely shop again.

Shipping took a little longer than I would have liked, but overall very happy with the buying experience.

I bought a Balenciaga jacket — can’t believe I got a brand-new piece for 50% off. Everything was perfect except it didn’t come with the original packaging. I had it authenticated by a professional service, took photos of the tag and care label, and confirmed it’s genuine. Absolutely amazing.
