We will need to charge the import duty because we are shipping from Italy. There is an import duty when the package enters the US customs. The import duty amount will show on your checkout page. Nothing is hidden. Thank you for your understanding.
Full transparency - Luosophy asked me to update my review. I have to say that my first experience with their store was not positive, however it appears that they have taken my feedback on board and are keen to improve. That is very encouraging.

There was no box

So sorry that we did not provide a box for your Bottega Veneta bag. We only shipped it with tags, brand cards and dust bag. We cannot guarantee shipping with box because we are importing them at wholesale prices, sometimes the bag will not come with box. That's why our price is much cheaper than others in the market. Hope you will understand. Thank you.
