Once I had watched videos online on how to use Luminesce (there were no instructions) I found it very simple to use. The vibrations when using the red light do tickle but they work appropriately. I've been using it for a week now and have not seen any difference, but it is early days (hence my score). I am hopeful I will notice a change soon.

I have been using Luminesce facial sculpture for two weeks and I have definitely noticed a firmer jaw line. I also love the way it feels on my skin and my skin is looking brighter.

Shipping took approximately two weeks. While the device functioned, the vibration emitted small, sudden shocks on my face. I discontinued use the same day I received it and contacted the company for return/refund instructions. They made it extremely difficult to get a clear answer about the process. Additionally, the device does not emit enough light to be effective. I would not recommend this product or company. Very sketchy.

Broke after 2 months unable to get a response from this company after numerous emails Avoid don’t waste your money

Never received mine and customer service just told me it was delivered to my address. I say don't waste your money unless you have spare money to throw away.
