LumibricksReviews of lumibricks.com

Thank you for another great item. Fast delivery, careful packaging, pleasant communication. I am 100% happy. 👍👍👍

I ordered my first Lumibricks kit and was really impressed with packaging and manual and started building right away. On my second layer of bricks, I found a 6x8 grid that was warped and wouldn’t stay down on the bricks below it. One end or the other would stay up. I continued to build until the next day and the whole thing fell apart because of this one warped piece that was in the center of my build. I emailed Lumibricks and asked if there was a way to fix it and if not could I get a replacement piece. I emailed several times because they would reply with they needed the order number and explain what was going on. I’d reply with the info they asked for. They’d reply wanting more info. After about 6 different emails back and forth wanting new info, pictures and repeats of info from previous emails with the promise of “we’ll get this piece sent right away”, which will take up to 12 days to get the part. The emails stopped and I’ve waited 3 days and no more emails from them. Lousy customer service and I won’t be buying from them again.

Very good👍 THANKs

Very easy ordering experience, quick shipping with great communication! I look forward to getting started on my build. Thank you!

You, quick delivery and the product? Perfect. So much fun and beautiful. 100% recommend!

Lumibricks consistently delivers their building sets promptly. They have never cancelled an order. On the few occasions I've reached out to them, I have had very fast and satisfactory responses .

They didn’t put all of the bricks I needed in the bag

I've just finished the tram and stop which includes 2 uses for the tram itself, the carriage turns into a bar which added greatly to the final build. I find building with lumibricks a better experience than Lego due to the equivalent quality but added features like lighting and printed tiles. The price for these builds is astonishing especially as the detail and functionality is such a pleasure to build with. Give them a try and for a great budget building experience you can't fault them.
