Inked GamingReviews of inkedgaming.com

Firstly, yes I read the negative reviews of the last year, saw their socials have gone quiet for over a year since their shipping issues and even filed for Bankruptcy. But I also saw that the case ended in Spring this year, and the business did not shut down. So having seen their products in real life, I knew I wanted them to be the printer of my custom desk pad. So I did take a risk. With that said, it arrived today, within 9 days of ordering it, and it came out great. The art quality is excellent, it’s a very well made desk pad, and it didn’t come with any general printing odor. It’s exactly what I wanted. So, personally, I had a great experience.

I placed an order for a custom gaming mat on the second of September, and a week later I got an email saying it was shipped. No tracking information, just an estimated delivery date, the 17th. That day came and went, and on the 18th I sent an email asking where it was. No response. I sent another mail two days later, and again two days further. No response. On the 28th I then called my bank to request a chargeback, and as a courtesy I emailed Inked Gaming about it. Boy howdy did I get a response then. They said they'd ship it out by the end of the week. Sure enough, they did. With the tracking information this time. I got it today, and it's smudged and blurry at one of the ends. Clearly a rush job.

This company takes money from costumers, specify a 2 week period for shipping and then cease any communication for months. No responses, no updates, no tracking and no refunds. I requested a refund thru Paypal resolution center and Inked Gaming waits until the last appeal day to provide them a fake tracking number to block the refund process while providing no communication to actual customer. Inked Gaming is a scam.

Ordered a playmat on July 29th 2026. Expected date" August 20th 2026. Reached out on the 23rd asking what was up and was given some bullshit about seeing it ship in the next 1-2 weeks. Well here I am 17 days later forced to demand a refund for my birthday gift, after giving them a second chance. I've really never had such a poor experience with an online retailer. And apparently leaving them shit (accurate) reviews is the only way to light a fire under companies ass.

I haven't received my oversized playmate but it has been shipped thankfully. I ordered on the 10/01/25 It shipped on 16/8/26 DO NOT BUY FROM INKED GAMING. I honestly thought I got scammed for the longest time, they never replied to my multiple emails. I would have preferred to be scammed, the service is that abysmal. Don't be me...check reviews first!

UPDATE: After leaving this review someone from the company claiming to be the owner FINALLY reached out and apologized, and processed a refund. On the day the order was due to be delivered, they informed me that it was running late and hadn't actually entered production, but that I would have it in two weeks. That's the last time I heard from anyone in customer service. After being patient for 2 weeks past the delayed date, I'd had enough and decided to cancel my order. I sent customer service an email and a "cancellation request" through the website. It's been another 2 weeks and still haven't heard from anyone. I've pestered their chatbot, emailed support, I even tried to leave a comment on their instagram but they have comments turned off. At this point I'm just assuming that they're going to keep my money and never speak to me again. Absolutely abysmal experience. Went to JankMats to actually get my ordered made. Had it in a week, looks way better than what I would have gotten from Inked Gaming anyways. Go there instead if you actually want a product.

Absolute joke of a company. I ordered 2 custom mats. After a week of waiting, I was sent an email saying they would have my order out in 2 week. 2 weeks later, and no update. I emailed them back asking for an update, and I received silence. Take your business elsewhere.

I ordered over 100 days ago, every email I sent in got a response along the lines of "Sorry, that is on us and we are going to put a rush on that order" for more time to go by an no updates, finally I sent one final email demanding they tell me when my order would be made, shipped and at my door and if they didn't then to cancel my order and refund me, radio silence and no response but they did finally ship something, I wont have the item for a few more days so we will see if the quality is even good or if they even sent me a play mat at all. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
