First class online transaction with personal follow-up and accommodations from their team. I purchased enough materials online for an entire 3 story building and lumberjackdirect.com was by far my best experience.

This is a legit review and not fake. We purchased our wood flooring from Jake at lumberjack direct. If I say his customer service is excellent, Im still not doing him justice because it was beyond that! The price I got was the best I could find anywhere by a mile, not just a few cents. The personalized attention I received as a customer was better than any online or brick and mortar store I have dealt with during my build. The delivery was as promised and Jake even held my flooring an extra week because we were not ready for it. Please give them your business, they deserve it!

Jacob and the guys do good business. Great shipping times and constant communication. Can’t ask for better customer service than that.

Service was wonderful. Product is great quality, but unfortunately not the color I am searching for. I would however order from them in heartbeat if they had the color I was after.

The best part of our experience with Lumberjackdirect was Jake! He was in top of communication and our order from almost the moment I hit the “confirm purchase” button. He sent an email right away and continued with emails throughout the entire transaction. We loved the boards so much that we ordered another 4 boxes!
